2026-27 Admissions Key Dates 

Nursery Intake for September 2026

The admission opening date is 9th September 2025

Northenden are still accepting children into our Nursery class for September 2026

To be eligible for a Nursery place your child's birthday must fall between 01/09/2022 to 31/08/2023

Please email all forms to admin@northenden.manchester.sch.uk with proof of parents home address and your child's Birth Certificate. Applications can not be processed without the relevant documents. 

Reception Intake for September 2026 

(Please note: the email address that you use to apply via the Local Authority is the email address that will be used for all correspondence from school when places are allocated)

The Local Authority round for Reception 2026 school places opens - 18th August 2025

The Local Authority deadline for applications for September 2026 - 15th January 2026

The Local Authority will send offers of places to those who applied on-time on National Offer Day - 16th April 2026
